Purposeful Reading Program

Reading with a Purpose

One of the aims of the WVCEOS is to promote the Purposeful Reading Program, a program that will provide a greater appreciation of good literature, open up new fields of interest, and widen horizons. Members may participate by reading books from the recommended list.
